I’m really frustrated. They didn’t let me know about their service fees, and there was zero communication about any changes. I was hoping to get some help with my finances, but instead, I’m only saving $20 a month, and the interest rate is just ridiculous! I could’ve stuck with my old loans because, like I mentioned, instead of paying $326 monthly, I’m now looking at $306! The moment I find a lender who isn’t sneaky with hidden fees, I’m paying off these guys and moving on!

I got a $6000 pup with a catch that the first half a year was supposed to be interest-free... but ONLY if the whole sum was settled completely. If not, the extra cash paid during the 6-month '0%' interest phase went straight to the interest, not the principal. This feels like it should be against the law.

I just got a puppy and went through Lending USA for the financing. The store took care of all the paperwork. A week later, I discovered there was a charge of either 300 or 400 dollars that I had no clue about. I reached out to Lending USA, and they mentioned it was in their disclaimer. I told them I didn’t even fill out the paperwork, so how was I supposed to know what was in the disclaimer?

To sum it up, if you decide to use Lending USA, be sure to check for those sneaky fees. I’m in a tough spot because I adore my puppy, and their suggestion was to return him. That’s just not gonna happen. Their customer service is terrible.
